Over the next several weeks, you will be making promises to each other, so we can build a powerful community, so you can start on your Hero’s Journey. Until then, we need to make some simple promises so the studio can function.

Over the course of the Session and Year, we'll be holding each other accountable for keeping these 4 simple promises.  These promises will evolve into a full Studio Contract that each learner will formally commit to at the end of Session 1.  This is a living/breathing document that may be further refined over time as we evolve as a powerful, world-class learning community.

When a learner chooses to not uphold these promises or their Studio Contract, it is considered a choice to leave the community.  If your learner is not yet ready to commit to these 4 simple promises on an ongoing basis, they will be unable to continue to be a part of the community.  Should they choose to leave the community, if after reapplying they are invited to enroll again, we will celebrate their return and their choice to recommit to these promises!
