we arm our learners with tools like the Growth Mindset Praise Framework to recognize and encourage heroic actions in others.

HERE'S HOW:

 (Name), I saw you (Specific Action).  I'd call that (Character Trait).

EXAMPLES:

"Harry, I saw you try that color changing spell 10xs today without giving up.  I call that PERSISTENCE."

"Hermoine, I saw you share your butter beer with Luna yesterday when we were at the Leaky Cauldron.  I call that GENEROSITY."

"Ron, I saw you help that 3rd year get up after they fell off their broom while we were playing Quidditch.  I call that KINDNESS."
