These are the same questions our Guides use in the Studio to help redirect Learners to think and seek answers for themselves first, rather than rely on an adult for "the answer".

TRUST

  • We trust you to FIND the answer.
  • We trust you to MAKE a good decision.
  • We trust you to PROPOSE a worthy solution.

CONTRACT

  • Will you choose to UPHOLD THE CONTRACT?
  • Does this honor the PROMISES YOU HAVE MADE?
  • Will you choose to CHANGE THE CONTRACT?

BRAINS

  • Have you faced this problem BEFORE?  WHAT did you do?
  • What strategies have you TRIED so far?  What will you try NEXT?

BOOKS

  • WHERE could you look to FIND the answer?
  • WHERE should this information be posted NEXT TIME?

BUDDIES

  • Do you know someone who has faced this problem BEFORE?  WHAT did they do?
  • WHO could help you with this?

EFFORT

  • Are you in your PANIC, CHALLENGE or COMFORT Zone?  How can you STEP BACK or UP?
  • How much TIME have you worked on this?  Do you think you just need MORE TIME?
  • What is your BIG ROCK today?
  • I can see that YOU WORKED HARD!
